| she/her

Caroline brings nearly a decade of experience in higher education development, consulting, and previous agency work to K2D.

In the wake of the 2016 presidential election, Caroline joined a group that offered skills and expertise pro bono to progressive female candidates running for office. She consulted on fundraising strategy, communications, and campaign finance with candidates in more than 10 states.

In her work, she specializes in developing innovative direct mail content that compels donors to support organizations that are actively engaged in making the world a better place, whether that’s by improving access to the ballot box, protecting women’s rights, or preserving history through research, collection, and education. She’s worked with clients across political and nonprofit verticals, including EMILYs List, the United States Holocaust Memorial Museum, the International African American Museum, Hillel International, NAACP Legal Defense Fund, and Alley Cat Allies.

Caroline’s fiercely passionate about women’s education and empowerment. Her grandmother raised three children as a single mother with a 10th-grade education – she tirelessly advocated for herself and other women in the workplace, in the community, and in the voting booth. Caroline’s inspired every day by her desire to create opportunities for others that she didn’t have herself.

Outside the office, you’ll never catch Caroline without a book and an iced coffee in hand. She enjoys cooking, crocheting, and all things musical theatre—she’s been performing since she was nine and regularly stage manages for her local community theater.
