Digital Account Executive
| She/Her

As a digital account executive, Caty Franco is passionate about leveraging technology, strategy, and design to enhance donor experiences while streamlining backend processes for nonprofit teams. Her diverse and extensive experience in the nonprofit sector provides her with first-hand knowledge of the challenges nonprofit staff face.

Caty has worked for RedRover, UC Davis Comprehensive Cancer Center, Native Star Foundation, San Diego Humane Society, and the Santa Barbara County Foodbank. Currently, she has the privilege to work with esteemed clients Save the Redwoods League and the Queens Public Library Foundation.

Caty believes in giving back to the community, and she dedicates her free time to volunteering with various organizations, including Only Sunshine Sanctuary, Save the Snakes, and Stanford Sierra Youth & Families. She graduated from UCLA in 2017 with a Bachelor’s in Anthropology and an English minor. She strives to empower the nonprofit sector and the individuals within it to examine how we contribute to systems of oppression and to take actionable, restorative steps to build equity and trust within marginalized communities.

When she’s not busy exploring Sacramento with her husband Eddie and their bulldog Leia, you’ll likely find her tending to her California native plant garden, listening to nerdy podcasts, or managing her pet Instagram (@FrancoPets), featuring her cat, dog, and three rescue bunnies.
